About

Connor works as a freelance trumpeter and teacher based in York, UK.

As a performer, he has played at a variety of venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall and York Minster. His most recent festival performances include Glastonbury (2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024), Cork Jazz Festival (2021 and 2023) and Rio Carnival (2020), with the New York Brass Band. Connor also plays trumpet for The Sam Johnson Big Band and musical theatre shows.

Having graduated with an MA in Music from The University of York, Connor has been teaching the trumpet and music theory in and around the York area, as well as online.
